About Jay

An agent-first leader focused on helping professionals build durable, sustainable businesses.

20+ Years in Real Estate. Still Learning, Still Growing & Helping Agents Succeed.

Jay Arbizu is a Texas Real Estate Broker, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, military veteran, and lifelong rugby enthusiast with over 20 years of real estate industry experience.

After running his own successful independent brokerage for a decade, Jay joined eXp Realty in 2016 because he recognized an opportunity to build and scale a business without the traditional risks and responsibilities of brokerage ownership.

Today, Jay is bringing that same experience, excitement, and passion for helping agents succeed to the mortgage side of the business through LEVEL Powered by Direct Rate.
