A2P SMS Program Terms

These terms govern the Application-to-Person (A2P) text messaging program operated by Arbizu and Associates Inc under the name Dual Income Agent.

Program Description

When you opt in by submitting one of our forms with your phone number and checking an SMS consent box, you agree to receive the text messages that box describes. Each box is optional and unchecked by default.

Service (non-marketing) messages, if you check the first box:

• Inquiry responses: replies to questions or requests you submitted.
• Call scheduling: booking and rescheduling your call with Jay Arbizu, confirmations, and reminders.
• Licensing follow-ups: updates on licensing steps you have started, such as your NMLS ID or classes.
• Customer support: help and clarification related to your inquiry.

Marketing messages, only if you also check the second box: information about the Dual Income Agent program, dual-licensing opportunities, licensing classes and events, and related career updates. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary. You may receive multiple messages depending on your inquiry, call scheduling, and the steps you are taking.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Dual Income Agent does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may charge message or data fees.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any text message at any time to cancel. You may receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

Carrier Liability
